Supporting the public independently
As part of a demonstration, MySmartJourney wanted to show how easy it was to adapt its technology for use in zoos. To do this, we came up with various types of content to be deployed within zoological parks.
Information that follows visitors throughout their journey
The idea was to make all practical and useful information accessible to visitors, so that it is always available to them on their smartphones by scanning QR codes located at strategic points throughout the park. Visitors can then watch a video presentation of the zoo, get an overview of all the attractions and services available, find out where to eat and stay, learn about the rules of conduct within the zoo, and even access an interactive map to help them find their way around during their visit!
