An original initiative

The Eastern Ontario Agri-Food Network is dedicated to developing the agri-food sector in Eastern Ontario. The Savour East Ontario initiative promotes partner members and introduces local producers in the region through a platform created with MySmartJourney technology.

As part of this initiative, the organization came up with the original idea of creating a traveling contest using a truck.

A contest that uses the Selfie Booth

A traveling truck promotes the network and partner businesses. A contest has been organized: find out where the truck is hiding and take a photo with it using the Selfie Booth integrated into the platform. Visitors must find the Savour East On truck with the QR code, scan it with their phone, take a selfie with the truck, and post it on Facebook via the selfie booth. The winner of the contest will receive a basket of local treats.
