A virtual Santa Claus at the Complexe Desjardins

Maintaining a tradition
Every year, during the Christmas period, children can come and meet Santa Claus in person at the Complexe Desjardins. During the pandemic, safety measures no longer allowed this activity in its precise form, but the complex did not want to abandon this tradition. Its solution was to transpose it into a digital format.
A digital Christmas
Children were invited to interact with panels enriched with QR codes. Thanks to these connected panels, they could then watch videos featuring Santa Claus, as well as Lëon, a character presenting the measures implemented by the complex to facilitate Christmas shopping.
