Many companies find it difficult to develop tools to facilitate the organization of their customers' stays. In a demonstration for Center Parcs, MySmartJourney customized its solution to meet the organization's specific needs, enhancing the customer experience.
Digitizing a paper document
MySmartJourney wanted to show the organization that it was easily possible to enhance their customers' experience, by providing unique, ephemeral and real-time updated information, all by replacing their paper welcome guide with a QR code redirecting to a dedicated web application.
From their accommodation, a panel enhanced with a QR code and an NFC chip enables customers to access the practical guide on their smartphone. Here they'll find all the information they need to enjoy their stay. From arrival and departure procedures to services, entertainment and practical information, everything is available on their smartphone.
