What better way to test our technology than with the MySmartJourney team itself? That's what we decided to do by installing several posters enriched with a QR code and an NFC chip throughout our office to document work and maintenance procedures and make them more user-friendly.
Training Employees on the Floor
We created an office maintenance guide for our internal teams. Using this tool, it's now easier for team members to list tasks to be completed and ensure the quality of our work environment.
Various content is made available to colleagues to facilitate the use of the equipment: a directory of the coffee machine and the kettle, instructions for each of them, the list of evening tasks and monthly tasks to be carried out, as well as a Google form to report any problems.
