As part of a test project, MySmartJourney came up with content deployed on a paint can. Thanks to a QR code, customers can access information on rim paint, its use and storage.
Simplified instructions for use
The idea was to take specific elements and bring them together in a single guide, made interactive via a QR code present on the purchased item.
By scanning the QR code, the buyer can: discover which models are compatible with the color purchased, find out about the product's lifespan, storage conditions and tool maintenance, safety instructions and how to apply the product (instructions for use).
All this information is gathered in one place and simplified to provide customers with the best possible support after their purchase.
