During a demonstration, we considered using MySmartJourney to provide campers with all the essential data. From the site map to the activities on offer and the services available, all the necessary information is accessible on their phones.

Data accessible directly on their phones

Campers scan a QR code upon arrival to access an interactive map of the site, allowing them to easily locate their pitch, sanitary facilities, dining options, and other essential services.

Campers can access the activity calendar directly from their phones. Detailed information is available for each activity, including time, location, necessary equipment, and registration. All the necessary information is at their fingertips, without the need to search for brochures or go to the reception desk.
