As part of a test project, MySmartJourney came up with a range of content for Estée Lauder cosmetics.

Everything you need to know about product use

To take full advantage of all its virtues, MySmartJourney came up with an innovative idea: integrate QR codes directly onto cosmetic products. This allows the consumer to learn more about the product purchased: why choose this cleanser rather than another, its history, its formula, its use. They can even take a beauty quiz to discover their skin type!

By scanning the QR code with their phone, consumers have access to a real guide to taking care of their skin: know-how, routine, conservation. All the information is grouped in one place for optimal use. A question in the form of a combination adds a fun, participatory dimension to the experience.
