FR-FRJean-Drapeau Park is reusing its interactive platform to celebrate an event
Showcasing a Heritage Event
During the summer of 2025, Parc Jean-Drapeau wanted to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Mosaïcultures Internationales de Montréal by showcasing three iconic works permanently installed in the Jardins des Floralies. The goal was to make the experience accessible, interactive, and enriching for visitors, while building on the existing “Le Voyage des Îles” trail.
Reusing Technology to Create an Interactive Experience
To enhance this showcase, the park reused MySmartJourney to create a dedicated section for the event. Visitors can now discover exclusive content, anecdotes, and historical information about the Mosaïcultures directly on their smartphones by scanning a QR code. This approach made it possible to repurpose existing technology while offering an immersive and interactive experience that combines heritage, art, and innovation.
