A sprawling site with a multitude of buildings
The Pulperie de Chicoutimi museum offers numerous exhibitions and a variety of activities throughout the year focusing on the history of paper, and is an exceptional historical site set in the middle of a huge park. The Pulperie welcomes visitors to a vast park on the banks of the Chicoutimi River, where large granite buildings lining the river bear witness to the site's industrial past.
Guiding visitors around the site
To offer visitors an immersive experience, the museum decided to integrate an interactive interpretive tour into its app. By scanning the QR code at the entrance to the site, visitors can freely explore the various points of interest at the historic site and keep the map handy on their phone at all times.
