Killing three birds with one stone

Meet4Impact is a non-profit organization dedicated to changing the way the events industry is run. In this context, the Canada Impact Challenge Generator event was organized, bringing together professionals to run three workshops in three different rooms at the same time.

How do you successfully co-create and run all these workshops simultaneously and within the allotted time?

A support and facilitation tool

The solution adopted by Meet4Impact was to use MySmartJourney to create content that would enable participants to discover the entire event program and access the workshops on their own.

Content accessible by scanning the QR codes and NFC tokens provided, each masterclass must complete the challenges set by the teachers to validate the workshop in progress. Each group will find instructions, framing questions and information to help them find their way around the course.

MySmartJourney makes it possible to rapidly co-create projects and content, even from a distance. Indeed, organizers who don't live close to each other were able to work together to build the game and the structure of the animation.
