The Complexe Atlantide, an iconic amusement park in Quebec, wanted to offer its visitors an even more immersive and engaging experience while addressing several challenges.
The children’s areas and attractions needed more captivating entertainment to build family loyalty. Supported by the Familizoo Foundation, the animal sanctuary also needed to be effectively showcased to visitors.

With MySmartJourney, the Atlantide Complex has transformed the visitor experience.
Using QR codes, visitors take part in an immersive quest inside the Magic Castle. Interactive quizzes and challenges immerse them in a fun-filled world, making their visit unforgettable. A variety of content—including text, photos, GIFs, and videos—follows one after another to make the experience fun and enriching. Participants can even choose a character to accompany them throughout the adventure.
Information about the Familizoo sanctuary is now also presented in an engaging way, enhancing its impact on the public.
