With MySmartJourney, the museum has integrated a header button dedicated to donations, visible within the interactive content interface. Accessible via QR codes and NFC tags, this button allows visitors to easily make a contribution at the moment when their interest and engagement are at their peak.

This approach transforms every interaction with the content into an opportunity for support, while respecting the visitor journey and user experience.
