The Musée de la Mémoire Vivante, located in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, wanted to enhance the visitor experience and strengthen its mission to preserve memory and heritage. The challenge was to provide visitors with easy access to supplementary content about the exhibits, while highlighting the museum’s surroundings and landscapes, without making the tour feel overwhelming.
Enhancing the Museum Experience
With MySmartJourney, the museum has rolled out interactive content accessible via QR codes and NFC tags. Visitors can access images and archival materials, videos, texts, and audio content, as well as an interactive quiz that encourages engagement and learning. This approach offers an immersive, participatory, and accessible museum experience that helps preserve cultural heritage and keep history alive.
