Promote physical activity in an accessible and engaging way

Faced with the challenges posed by a sedentary lifestyle and the need to encourage an active lifestyle, the municipality of the Township of Potton sought to implement an accessible and engaging solution to encourage its residents and visitors to engage in physical activity. The goal was to offer a motivating and inclusive experience, allowing everyone to be active at their own pace, without the need for special equipment or incurring any costs.

With this in mind, the municipality, in collaboration with the Parks and Recreation Committee, adopted an interactive and connected approach to transform its public spaces into true hubs of active well-being.

An interactive, active journey with MySmartJourney

The municipality has set up an interactive fitness trail equipped with QR codes and NFC tags. Thanks to MySmartJourney, each user can customize their workout simply by using their smartphone.
