Paying special attention to customer feedback

To provide guests with quick and easy access to information, the Hilton Lac Leamy hotel in Ottawa chose to install QR codes in its rooms, enabling guests to access the hotel's services and facilities in real time from their smartphones.

To take this digital project a step further, the hotel has found a simplified way of obtaining customer feedback, with the aim of continuously improving its offering.

Digital customer reviews

The innovative idea was to place, at the end of each digitized page, two interactive buttons enabling customers to give their opinion on the content offered by the hotel. Users can thus express whether or not they enjoyed the immersive experience offered. Thanks to this feature, the teams in charge can monitor the evolution of customer opinions in real time and adjust their offer according to the reviews received. This enables the hotel to constantly improve its offering and guarantee a quality experience for its guests.
