As a major player in the region's tourism industry, the Hilton Lac Leamy hotel came up with an innovative solution to promote the region's tourist attractions to its guests, thereby contributing to the reputation of the entire area.

With the MySmartJourney solution, the establishment placed QR codes in its rooms for guests to scan to obtain all the information on the hotel's services and facilities. In addition to this device, it chose to integrate other information to enrich the visitor's experience.

Tourist information relay

On a single platform, visitors can access a complete guide to the hotel's services, as well as tourist suggestions that act as an information relay for the Tourist Office. They can discover a wide range of attractions in and around Ottawa, such as what to do this month, the best restaurants and must-see sites... The aim is to enable guests to easily plan the rest of their trip, using the hotel as an anchor point.
