Technologies that coexist
To showcase the Aquarium's species, SEPAQ had the idea of creating another application that would send visitors to animal-specific cards, giving more information on the species concerned. But he didn't know how to present this application and make it easily accessible to the public.
Always at the visitor's service
The idea was to work with MySmartJourney. Signs enhanced with QR codes and NFC chips are installed near the enclosures. In addition to providing initial information on the panel, it is enhanced by the MySmartJourney digital solution, which automatically redirects visitors to the Sépaq application.
