Hiring 2.0

To find new employees, the Cosmodôme takes part in job fairs. To facilitate contact and the submission of applications, it came up with the idea of using the MySmartJourney platform.

A Google Form accessible anywhere

Cosmodôme integrated a QR code and an NFC chip on an easy-to-move panel. The panel invites interested parties to scan and answer a form. Once completed, applicants simply press the “submit” button to have their answers taken into account by the establishment.

In this way, the Cosmodôme can easily get in touch with future employees and receive their responses in one place, in real time.
