Le Saisonnier offers a digital promotion for its offers
Much more than a summer camp
Le Saisonnier is a Lac-Beauport organization well known for its day camps and vacation camps. However, the organization also offers a number of distinct programs that are not always well known to the public. So how do you inform visitors about its other offerings?
Capturing visitors' attention
The camp team came up with the idea of capturing potential customers when they visit Le Saisonnier, whether to drop off their children or for any other reason.
Signs enhanced with QR codes and NFC tokens are installed at various points around the property. Thanks to these panels, visitors can discover Le Saisonnier's up-to-date offers. The latter can thus promote its accommodations available for rental during the winter, as well as activities such as the Laser Experience. Action buttons then direct visitors to the Saisonnier website if they wish to find out more, book and discover even more offers.
In this way, the Seasononnier uses the MySmartJourney solution to capture the attention of visitors who have come for a particular reason, but might be interested in returning to discover more things to do, by passively promoting its offers.
