The Saint-Sulpice digitizes important information

Replacing a paper tool with a digital one
To provide information to its guests, the Hôtel Saint-Sulpice in Montreal used to offer information binders in its rooms. Guests could find safety rules, reception hours, as well as phone numbers and nearby activities. However, these binders had to be printed every time the hotel made changes.
Le Saint-Sulpice then sought a solution that would allow it to continue transmitting information to its guests, but in a simpler way.
Simplifying the information transmission process
The hotel chose to apply MySmartJourney's QR codes directly onto the magnetic cards of the rooms. No more need for information binders; the guest carries their virtual equivalent directly in their pocket. Within the platform, the marketing manager updates the latest service news, with access to the reception. They also inform about accessible spa and gym areas, their hours, as well as the OSKAR restaurant menu.
Using the platform has allowed the hotel to simplify its procedures for transmitting real-time information to its guests. Changes made within the platform are instantaneous. The guest is continually updated on the offers and services of the establishment and its partners.

The hotel had the brilliant idea of printing it directly on the magnetic card pockets. After scanning it with your phone, you are informed about the services offered, the Oskar restaurant menu, and exclusive SoSulpice experiences.
