During their purchase in the Courgerie boutique, customers are accompanied by employees who give them information about the products they choose to buy. By the time they get home, however, the products may have been put away and the information provided in the store forgotten.
How can we support customers at home?
QR codes on pots
La Courgerie has placed QR codes on its products. In this way, customers are not left to fend for themselves after making a purchase. Thanks to the QR code, they have access to information on how to store their product, how to use it, but also to unique recipes. As a result, they no longer feel the need to call the Courgerie to ask questions about how to cook the products.
But it also gives direct access to the Courgerie e-commerce site. This way, if the customer wants to make new recipes but has finished the product, he can recommend it and discover other similar products directly at his fingertips.
