FR-FRLa Route des Navigateurs: the fruit of a shared platform
Uniting two organizations around a single project
La Route des Navigateurs is a route that takes place along the 470 km Route 132. It is also a project co-created by two tourism organizations: Tourisme Bas-Saint-Laurent and Tourisme Centre-du-Québec. When it came to adding a digital dimension to the experience, the two organizations chose to share access to the MySmartJourney platform.
Economies of scale on a single platform
With the platform, the two tourism organizations were able to share access. This has enabled them not only to share technology costs, but also to continue co-creating together, pooling their strengths for greater performance. The teams collaborate without encroaching on each other, sharing different points of interest. They have succeeded in creating a common experience while respecting the specificities of each territory.
