Anticipating needs to create a comfortable and inclusive welcome

As part of its eductour in Le Mans, MySmartJourney created a mini-event website, including a dedicated page for the buffet. This simple digital entry point proved to be a powerful welcome tool, well beyond its informative function.

By presenting the menu and ingredients in advance, visitors were able to feel reassured about what they would be eating, anticipate their needs (bring their own food if necessary), and, above all, arrive calm and confident, ready to fully enjoy the event.

A comprehensive welcome tool, not just gastronomic

This approach goes well beyond food: it demonstrates that making information accessible in advance (menu, parking, rules, equipment, contact details, etc.) contributes to a more comfortable, inclusive, and personalized experience. Thanks to this upfront transparency, visitors feel valued and empowered. They can organize their visits according to their needs, which creates a climate of trust and engagement.

MySmartJourney thus becomes much more than a signage tool: it's a digital reception interface that anticipates and supports.
