The airport has chosen to take the concept even further by making it easy to access all information in no time at all.

Making information easily accessible

The idea was to develop a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page containing all the practical information travelers need when they are at the airport.

QR codes and visuals were integrated into benches. They allow users to access various content: parking, check-in, baggage, transportation, restaurants, shops and services, departures and arrivals, customs and security, and lots of other useful info. These action buttons redirect travelers to the airport website for more details. This system allows all important information to be gathered in one place and taken with you.
