Saint-Charles-Borromée gets closer to its local players

Revitalizing the town's cultural offering
Saint-Charles-Borromée wanted to highlight the town's cultural offering through its rich local heritage. Using MySmartJourney, the town wanted to offer another dimension through interactive stations on the exceptional site that is the Maison et jardins Antoine-Lacombe as part of the digital art project.
Offering visitors an immersive cultural experience
The idea was to deploy an interactive itinerary on the cultural site of the Maison et jardins Antoine-Lacombe, with a dozen or so kiosks identified by the Facile à vivre! logo. In the form of a self-guided tour, visitors scan each of the points along the route to enjoy an ultra-enriching and entertaining digital experience.
Visitors can learn more about the labyrinth, the plant tunnels, the Place du Maire, the architectural heritage, the team's personal favorite, and even take part in a quiz to match elements of the French garden. An interactive map allows you to locate the various milestones along the way.
What's more, an audio testimonial from the site's director provides an insight into her impressions of this digital tour. Finally, users can give their opinion on the proposed content by answering the integrated Google form or by clicking on the "like" or "dislike" icon at the bottom of each page. This visitor data and feedback will be compiled to improve the user experience over the long term.
