A Museum Experiment

As part of a museum experiment, Explore, co-created with the Montréal Science Centre and Ottomata, MySmartJourney was used to offer a series of captivating contents to discover in more detail the physical process of soap bubbles.

Uniting Two Complementary Technologies

For this unique experience, the MySmartJourney and Ottomata technologies came together to create an interactive activity at the Science Centre, focused on discovering a fascinating scientific principle: the formation of bubbles.

During their visit, participants could jump on the bubbles, see them grow, and hear them burst. They also had the opportunity to perform a variety of physical movements that animated the exhibition in an immersive way. And that’s not all! A MySmartJourney QR code complemented this immersive experience by offering additional information in the form of quizzes, images, videos, and audio, allowing visitors to take enriching content home with them. For example, do you know what glycerin is used for in the formation of bubbles?

This activity truly revolutionized the museum experience by rethinking contactless interactions, particularly during the Covid period.
