During the spring of 2020, the Festival de la poésie chose to enhance its offer by deploying posters enriched with QR codes and NFC chips in targeted cultural venues. Behind these triggers, we discovered a Quebec poet. The festival has even chosen to take this offer a step further.
Captivating visitors and stimulating purchases
In addition to offering visitors the chance to read and listen to an excerpt from a poem, the festival also chose to link the MySmartJourney platform to the Quebec Independent Bookstores online store via an action button. So, if visitors like the poem, they can easily find the book and order it at the same time.
Visitors don't need to do any additional research to find the book. They are captured in the moment of their discovery of the author.
