Finding Your Way Easily at a Multicultural Event

How can you help visitors navigate a rich and diverse festival spread across multiple activity zones? For its 2024 edition, the Mosaïque Festival wanted to make its program easier to understand. The event team also wanted to make it easy for the public to plan their visit. The goal: to streamline the experience from the moment visitors arrive and showcase all the participating artists.

An interactive tool to guide the public

With MySmartJourney, visitors can scan a QR code to access an interface that brings together the complete schedule—organized by area (music stages, workshops, exhibitors)—as well as all practical information (schedules, accessibility, transportation, weather, etc.).

Each area of the site is linked to a page that can be viewed at any time, allowing festivalgoers to enjoy a stress-free event with everything they need to make the most of the experience.
