Understanding visitors' expectations

Atlantide Park welcomes many visitors every year. The organization wanted to gain a better understanding of its visitors’ expectations and preferences in order to adapt and refresh its offerings in a meaningful way.

Collect valuable data

By integrating interactive feedback tools with MySmartJourney, the park collects data on the visitor experience, enabling it to better understand visitor expectations and optimize its services. To do this, the team has embedded a Google Form directly into its content, accessible via a QR code that visitors can scan to leave their feedback.

They also offer a discount at the park’s gift shops to anyone who completes the satisfaction survey.
