Accompanying visitors on their digital tour
The Écomusée de Saint-Nazaire reveals the rich past of the city and its port through a collection of archives, models, photographs and technical objects. To offer visitors a unique experience, the museum has set up the “Itinéraire Bis de Mathilde” interactive tour using MySmartJourney technology. Thanks to QR codes and NFC tokens scattered along the route, visitors can access exclusive content, immersing them in an immersive experience they wouldn't otherwise be able to enjoy.
Despite its ease of use, thanks to a quick scan on the phone, the ecomuseum has come up with a clever solution to help visitors discover this interactive trail.
An explanatory welcome panel
The idea was to design an interactive poster, guiding visitors to discover the museum's hidden treasures by scanning QR codes or activating NFC tokens.
Strategically positioned in the museum, it offers a self-contained experience while ensuring total immersion in the interactive journey.
