The goal was to go beyond simply providing lodging and offer a cultural and historical immersion right on site, without complicating the guest experience.

Create an interactive and cultural experience

In collaboration with MySmartJourney, the Hilton Québec has designed an innovative immersive experience. Thanks to our solution, visitors can explore local history through various iconic spaces within the hotel, such as the Lobby and the CABU restaurant.

The hotel teams have thus created a seamless interactive tour, integrated into the property’s key areas, allowing guests to immerse themselves in local history while enjoying the hotel’s amenities. Through strategically placed QR codes and NFC tags, guests gain access to captivating historical anecdotes and even an enriched exploration of the artwork on display, highlighting the cultural heritage.
