Generating visitor interest

As part of its interactive exhibition Le canot, porteur de traditions (The Canoe, Bearer of Traditions), the Huron-Wendat Museum sought a solution to entice visitors to come and discover it at the museum.

Using the web as a preview of the experience

To promote its exhibition, the museum decided to reveal a new interactive terminal at the end of each month on its Facebook page, with a post containing information about the terminal and a URL link redirecting users to a page on the MySmartJourney app.

Visitors are then asked a quiz question, encouraging them to find out more about the exhibition by visiting the museum. It's a simple way to convey information, like a movie trailer, about what awaits them there.
