Culture Trois-Rivières revisits its Halloween journey
Adapting to the health context
Culture Trois-Rivières wanted to offer an experience for October 2020. Due to the pandemic, the team had to think about an activity that would comply with health measures. A digital activity, and especially completely web-based, seemed most suitable to them, and they chose MySmartJourney as the tool to offer it.
A dematerialized experience
The activity takes the form of an adventure that unfolds exclusively online. The audience is invited to help Jack the lantern free himself from a water tank into which he has fallen. Nearly 40 short puzzles are offered to the player, interspersed with 8 slightly longer challenges. Children can have fun learning a magic trick, getting out of a digital maze, writing a poem, or finding the answer to riddles.
At the end of the quest, participants could have the chance to win one of five gift baskets from Culture Trois-Rivières by filling out a form.
