The Quartier des Spectacles Partnership came to us to ask if the MySmartJourney technology could be adapted from its primary purpose to become an operational tool? Our response was, “What a great idea!” We are amazed by the innovation and creativity of our clients.

Finding New Ways

Matthieu Girroy of the Quartier des Spectacles logistics and operations department knew what they needed: the ability to track equipment maintenance and breakdowns and enable better budgeting. They’re now using NFC tags on several pieces of equipment and the MySmartJourney platform as a management and internal communication system.

This has implications for the institutions that have already acquired our technology. Museums that use it to attract visitors could also adapt it to manage inventories, setups and teardowns, facility maintenance, etc.
