Demonstration: creating a digital experience in Tourist Offices

Relieve congestion at physical reception desks
As part of a demonstration for the tourist office sector, MySmartJourney has created an innovative prototype to facilitate visitors' access to information. The tool acts as an informational relay to deploy an autonomous, interactive experience at reception points.
A more autonomous digital reception point
In a strategic location, an interactive kiosk, or a panel enhanced with a QR code and an NFC chip, brings together the destination's entire tourism offering: “where to eat, where to sleep, what to do nearby, tourist map, practical information, opening hours, etc.” A Selfie Booth is also included, enabling visitors to take photos of themselves and keep an original souvenir of their visit.
These are all questions that can be put to a Tourist Office advisor, who is available 24 hours a day. It's information to take with you after you've activated your smartphone!
