With MySmartJourney, teams can collect a wealth of data on visitors through the digital welcome point. They can offer visitors the chance to complete an interactive survey, or redirect them to a review platform such as Google Review, enabling them to gather feedback and opinions on the experience, so as to constantly reinvent and improve. Depending on the strategy adopted, these surveys remain highly entertaining, and can come very close to a game.
The autonomous reception point enables the collection of qualitative data essential to a better understanding of visitor behavior, without appearing intrusive. Reception desks and all local players can easily analyze usage statistics and adjust their offer in real time.
