A multifaceted project

A bridge between New Brunswick and Brunswick, the municipality of Grand Falls has a rich history. The challenge for the town was to find a way to inform visitors, residents, and passers-by about the treasures to be discovered and to provide them with information about each attraction.

With MySmartJourney technology, they found a flexible and easy-to-use platform to create a digital tour throughout the municipality.

A new digital tourist circuit

As part of its Explore project, the municipality of Grand Falls is offering an innovative digital experience highlighting the region's many historical, natural, and cultural treasures through 20 interactive points, including the magnificent Grand Falls.

This immersive Explore tour uses MySmartJourney technology to deliver a variety of information (audio, photos, videos, or text) in public places via a QR code. Visitors simply scan the code with their smartphone or tablet to access multimedia content about sites of interest, offering greater freedom and autonomy in discovering local treasures.

A Google Maps map lists all the points where QR codes are available, making it easier for visitors who want to fully explore the wonders of the area to navigate.
