Le Bourg de Pabos offers a digital shrimp hunt


Strategically located
The Parc du Bourg de Pabos offers visitors a camping area, a historical and archaeological interpretation center, a restaurant and two activities. To promote its restaurant, La Grave, and encourage visitors to visit, the Bourg de Pabos came up with the idea of using the MySmartJourney web application and installing displays in its parking lot, on the beach, in the campsite and near Nova Lumina.
An incentive to consume
In these four locations, Bourg de Pabos has installed QR codes. In the form of a “search-and-find”, the displays allow park guests to take advantage of a discount at the restaurant. Behind each code, visitors randomly find a shrimp that gives them a $1 discount on La Grave's shrimp poutine, as well as access to the menu. It's a fun way to encourage consumption.
