SNCF demonstration: making it easier to get around the station during busy periods

Major events and crowds of people
With the 2023 Rugby World Cup in mind, MySmartJourney has designed a demonstration to illustrate how it can be used during major events. The SNCF, France's national rail network, transports large numbers of passengers on its trains for the occasion. Passengers are often overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information they receive. MySmartJourney acts as a facilitator during busy periods.
Supporting travelers on their journeys
An interactive terminal at Gare de Lyon in Paris, accessible by scanning a QR code, provides travelers with a wealth of information to guide them as soon as they arrive at the station. Visitors can find out about the station and easily locate what interests them: I'm lost, I don't have a ticket, I'm bored, I need assistance, where to catch the train, etc.
They can find out where the platforms and shops are located, restaurant opening hours and menus, as well as the services available for working, entertainment, and access to metro, bus, and RER connections, etc. In addition, a quiz about the SNCF adds a fun and informative dimension to the traveler experience.
