The Boréalis Museum finds a new source of revenue

Generating new revenue in the same space
The Boréalis Museum has launched a digital murder mystery game called “In Search of a Missing Worker.” It is an interactive police investigation that takes place in the authentic setting of the Boréalis paper industry museum.
By using the same museum space, this new activity has generated additional revenue for the museum, which had to work on optimizing an existing space.
Use of the Combination feature
The museum chose to use, among other things, the Combination feature to block the content of certain pages. By scanning QR codes along the way, participants must find different secret codes to solve a puzzle. The combination requires an answer, and an incorrect answer can block the path until the solution is found.
This pilot project tested MySmartJourney technology to validate and continuously improve the concept.
