Accessibility at the heart of Quebec City airport's digital system
Passengers all different
To better assist its passengers, Quebec City airport has deployed a web application in its buildings, accessible directly from the phone via QR codes.
But since the airport is well aware of the importance of making this device accessible to all, it asked the MySmartJourney team to add a module to its product.
A module for accessibility
In the MySmartJourney platform, a new module created in collaboration with accessiBe enables visual and audio parameters to be adjusted so that people with impaired vision, hearing or epilepsy can access content safely. As a result, color balance and text size change automatically according to the user. This makes it easier for them to read or listen.
