Municipalities with unique attractions

The Vallée-du-Richelieu comprises 13 municipalities, each with its own unique tourist and cultural attractions. When Tourisme Vallée-du-Richelieu wished to highlight these attractions, the team had to devise a way to do so while creating harmonization.

Harmonizing the tourist offering

The idea was to create a tourist circuit that extends across all the municipalities. Digital tourist terminals invite strollers to scan the QR code or activate the NFC chip to access specific content on their mobile phones.

While each municipality has its own tourist specialties that make them unique, Tourisme Vallée-du-Richelieu has created a brand image that harmonizes the whole. To achieve this, they used identical displays, both for the signs and the content. Users find the same content format whether they are in Mont-Saint-Hilaire or Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu.
