Culture Trois-Rivières shares its first experience with MySmartJourney

Producing a digital activity quickly
In 2018, for the Boréalis museum, Romain Nombret, coordinator of animation and education, used the MySmartJourney solution to create a Murder Mystery. In his testimonial, he explains that the museum had been looking for a platform like MySmartJourney for some time to produce a digital activity.
Personalized MySmartJourney customer service
He was able to use the platform's initial features to develop this completely virtual Murder Mystery. He integrated videos, audios, and texts to create different characters.
For him, Isabelle (Lopez, CEO and founder) and Véronique (Lopez, formerly CMO) really listen to customers. They developed a static version specifically for the museum because the internet is not accessible everywhere.
Romain Nombret recommends the web application because it is simple and easy to use to create content independently.
