The Port of Quebec is creating signage in a place where people are passing through

Attracting visitors
The Port of Quebec is a place where people pass through. It welcomes a public, many of whom are just passing through, just long enough to get off the boat. But they are also limited in the time they can spend in the port.
One of the Port's considerations was to understand how to attract these visitors and offer them a visit tailored to their information needs and curiosity.
Offering a suitable activity and signage
The Port's solution was to create a digital activity in the form of a rally. Combined with suitable signage, this allows visitors to be attracted as they stroll through the area.
The digital activity is presented in the form of a web app. This eliminates the need for visitors to download a mobile app on their phones. The various entry points of the web app provide easy access to the proposed information.
