Culture Trois-Rivières gathers satisfaction from its visitors


An immersive cruise
This summer, Culture Trois-Rivières invited visitors to come aboard one of its electric boats and plunge into the fascinating history of its region, along the Saint-Maurice River! Through an immersive navigation experience, visitors are transported by the river's stories, which reveal a rich history.
For this first edition, Culture Trois-Rivières decided to use MySmartJourney to collect visitor satisfaction data.
Gather visitor feedback
By integrating the Google Form functionality, Culture Trois-Rivières has set up an interactive Google form for visitors to give their feedback. A sign with a QR code invites interested parties to scan and answer the questionnaire as they exit the boat. Once completed, visitors simply have to validate the submission for their answers to be taken into account.
Thanks to this method, Culture Trois-Rivières can easily collect visitors' opinions and receive their answers in one place.
